Mysterious Sea Monster Sighting

"This was shot near Juanita Beach in Kirkland, WA. The sea monster crawled up out of the water and started walking down the street towards the fish and chips place. Sorry there isn't more video but I was so startled I couldn't get the camera going very fast."
