Tim's Kinetic Spiral Toy

"Tim saw this toy some years ago at the Nuremberg Toy Fair, one of the big toy fairs he visits every February.

It was not clear initially what it did or how it worked, until he picked it up and had a play with it. It is a beautiful kinetic toy, where the movement of the flowing discs echoes the spiral shape of the wire."
